How does it work:
The active ingredient in PROPECIA, Finasteride blocks the formation
of DHT, interrupting a key factor in the development of inherited
male pattern hair loss. PROPECIA has been proven to effectively
lower DHT in the scalp.
Dosages:
One 1mg tablet a day taken with or without meals.
CAUTION: Do NOT take PROPECIA if you:
- are a woman. Women who are or may potentially be pregnant
must not use PROPECIA because of the risk that the active ingredient
may cause a specific kind of birth defect. Likewise, women should
avoid handling tablets that are crushed or broken
- are a child
- are allergic to any of the ingredients
Side Effects:
PROPECIA has little side effects, affecting only 2% of men. These
side effects include less desire for sex, difficulty in achieving
an erection, and reduction of semen. Side effects go away when user
